During a special session, the Latvian government decided to extend the state of emergency until February 7 and set a curfew for the New Year, TASS reported.
According to the government’s decision, all citizens must stay home from December 30 until January 4 (10 p.m.-5 a.m.), as well as on January 8 and 9. The decision states that the coronavirus continues to spread across the country.
