By the decree of Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian—and based on the proposal of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Haykaz Baghmanyan has been relieved—as of Thursday—of the post of Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
