Outgoing US President Donald Trump has not pardoned WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, and former National Security Agency and CIA worker Edward Snowden, according to the list of presidential pardons released by the White House.

Trump's personal attorney—and former mayor of New York—Rudy Giuliani is not on the list either.
