According to DataLex Judicial Information System of Armenia, the first court hearing in the criminal case against former MP Levon Sargsyan is scheduled for January 26.
Sargsyan is ordering and directing a large-scale robbery by an organized group, on October 27, 2008, at the Yerevan mansion of former State Customs Committee chairman Armen Avetisyan.
