Public discussion of the details related to Armenian prisoners in Azerbaijan only harms the process of their return to their homeland, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in the parliament on Wednesday.

According to the Prime Minister, he listens carefully to the position of the relatives of the captured citizens. 

“I hear what they say, I know what they are thinking, I know who is being accused, I know all this," he said.

The PM added that the November 9 trilateral statement clearly states that the prisoners and other detainees must be returned, adding that the Armenian side will consistently support and monitor the fulfillment of this condition. “Russia fully supports our position,” the prime minister added.
