The matter was presented by Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan.

Accordingly, the government approved the terms and conditions for authorizing the police by the rightful owner of a real estate to prevent or eliminate the intrusion of an individual, and to remove another person’s movable property that is illegally located on the land, building or building or other real estate of individuals and legal entities.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan underscored this decision, emphasizing that during this period they had encountered cases when someone else’ property was encroached upon. "Now we are trying to make the issue as easy as possible so that such complications do not arise," Pashinyan added in particular.
