YEREVAN. – A total of 3,450 dead bodies have been examined so far; the average number of bodies being identified per day is 30. Newly appointed Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan said this Thursday to reporters after the Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia, referring to the process of identifying the bodies of the Armenians who have died during the recent Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war. 

And when asked how many bodies remain unidentified, the minister said that she could not give a definite number, but according to her, the pace of identifying them has accelerated.
