Under the patriarchal direction of Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II on Thursday, Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan has been relieved of his duties as the spiritual leader of the Armed Forces of Armenia and been appointed Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
