Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov today held his traditional meeting with the ambassadors of CIS countries in Moscow, and among the attendees were Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev; Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas and Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich.

As reported the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the participants of the meeting summed up the results of the joint efforts made within the framework of the CIS, CSTO and EEU, as well as earmarked the future steps for development of cooperation and underscored the importance of promoting multi-level integration processes in the post-Soviet territory.

The participants also exchanged views on current global and regional issues.
