YEREVAN. – I have a negative stance towards the idea of creating a Supreme Court [in Armenia]. Former military prosecutor Gagik Jhangiryan, a candidate for a member of the Supreme Judicial Council, stated this at Friday’s National Assembly special session, answering the MPs' questions.

"If there are problems in the activities or maintenance of those institutions, then we must solve them," Jhangiryan added.
