Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan has released a guide for persons displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of the war with the support of the Conrad Adenauer Foundation.
The guide thoroughly presents the Armenian government’s social support programs, the terms and conditions for benefiting from the programs and the way to fill out the applications and deadlines for submission.
The guide also presents the jurisdiction of the Human Rights Defender and the options for addressing the Human Rights Defender.
