Being committed to its readiness to share both values and challenges with the society, Philip Morris Armenia is supporting the “New page” project initiated by the Armenian HR Association.

Within the framework of this project developed in the post-war period, support will be provided to about 1000 Armenians aged 18-30 affected by the military actions. Through professional orientation, training and development programs young people will be able to redefine their potential and opportunities, gain skills to enter the labor market, and return to a full-fledged life.

Around 500 organizations and institutions, as well as large companies and employers  will partner with “New page” project.  Thanks to the specialists involved in the program, it will be possible to combine the interests and professional opportunities of project participants with the labor demand presented by Armenian employers. As a result, targeted young people will not only gain and restore their competitiveness in the labor market but will also have skills and knowledge in line with the requirements of the labor market.

“In the current situation, it is impossible to remain indifferent to the difficulties faced by many young Armenians. That is the reason why we launched the "New Page" project since January. Trying to develop the professional human resources community in Armenia, we will show our support by promoting professional orientation and connecting employers with employees. We call on all companies that also care about the problem and are ready to support young people to come back to a full-fledged life, to join the project”, - said Arpi Karapetyan, Armenian HR association president.
