By the decree of President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Colonel General Gurgen Dalibaltayan, Lieutenant General Hrachya Andreasyan and commander of a military unit of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Colonel Tatul Ghazaryan have been posthumously awarded the Orders of the Homeland for their exceptional services to the formation and development of the Armed Forces of Armenia, the ensuring of defense and security of the homeland, as well as self-dedication and courage shown during military operations, as reported the Staff of the President of Armenia.
