Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Foreign Minister David Babayan has issued a message on the occasion of the Day of Fatherland Defender.

“This year we remember this cherished holiday in a special way, its symbolism is also special. In the war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27, 2020, our people, our state, we all suffered heavy losses. And now we must do everything possible to overcome the existing difficulties, get out of the current situation, all of us must be defenders of the Fatherland, each of us must honestly and at a high professional level fulfill our duties. Today, more than ever, we must wage an irreconcilable struggle against injustice, evil, selfishness, greed and other vices, strengthen our unity, brotherhood, and be true patriots. Only in this case will we be able to achieve success and victories,” the Artsakh FM’s message reads in part.
