Armenia’s Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan has conveyed a message on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of Armenia. The message reads as follows:
“Dear compatriots and fellow servicemen,
Today, more than ever, we Armenians need to express our unwavering trust in the army, the pan-national force.
The 44-day war showed that all Armenians in Armenia and abroad stand with the army, and it is thanks to that faith that Armenian soldiers did the best they could during the unmatched battle.
I respect our martyrs and express support to their relatives. I am certain that our army will straighten its back and continue to bear its responsibility since the present and future of the state and future depend on the Armenian army.
I assure that the Ministry of Emergency Situations stands with the army and will support all initiatives targeted at army construction.”
