Commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh, Lieutenant-General Rustam Muradov reports that one servicemen was transferred to Baku after another exchange of prisoners of war between Azerbaijan and Armenia under the control of Russian peacekeepers, TASS reported.
“As a result of the activities carried out by Russian peacekeepers under my supervision, a plane carrying Russian Aerospace Forces transported a captive to Baku, and five captives were returned to Yerevan,” Muradov said.
