The US ambassador to Azerbaijan has congratulated Azerbaijan on the restoration of its territorial integrity; Armenian political scientist Suren Sargsyan wrote about this on Facebook.
"The ambassador of an [OSCE] MG [Minsk Group] co-chairing country is saying this; the ambassador of a state that was always insisting that there is no military solution to the NK [Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) issue. This attests to one thing: the authorities of Armenia have failed and are consistently failing the foreign policy—in all directions," Sargsyan added.
