In Glendale, California, USA, a group of Armenians protested in front of the consulate of Armenia on Sunday.

They demanded the release of a group of people who were arrested in Armenia in recent days, including Vahan Badasyan, Chairman of the United Armenia party of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Karabakh war veteran.

"We will also raise the issue of appointing [Armenia parliament majority leader] Lilit Makunts as Armenia's Ambassador to the United States. Today we also learned that [Anna Hakobyan] the wife of the main traitor [i.e. Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan] has come to Los Angeles—according to the press, to celebrate her birthday; we will deal with this issue, too, in the near future," said Artur Sahakyan, one of the protesters.

Also, the picketers posted some banners on the gates of the consulate.
