YEREVAN. – At this stage, the Azerbaijani side is trying to show that the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) is resolved and over; but the Armenian delegation, on the contrary, showed that there are unresolved issues, and Baku is violating the provision of the November 9 trilateral statement. Ruben Rubinyan—head of Armenia’s delegation to the PACE, chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, and an MP of the My Step ruling bloc—stated this at Tuesday’s press conference in the NA.

According to him, the more calls are made in this context addressed to Azerbaijan by the international community and from the tribunes of the EU, PACE or any other organization—the better. "It has a certain effect. The first cases of international pressure on Azerbaijan over the issue of captives have already been noted," Rubinyan added.
