I will run in the elections. Armenia’s former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan said this in an interview with a TV company, answering the question whether he is going to run in the expected snap parliamentary elections.

"It is the constitutional right of every individual—and in some places, the obligation, too—to run in this limited, hopeless situation. I will run as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia; but I will decide for myself in what format, together with which [political] force," Ohanyan said.
