YEREVAN. – The Seismic Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Armenia on Saturday recorded a magnitude-3.7 earthquake in the country, at 12:06am local time, 5 km northeast of Shorzha village, and 10 km beneath the surface, MES informed.
It measured magnitude 5 at the epicenter.
The seismic activity was also felt in Gegharkunik and Tavush provinces—and with magnitude 4 to 5.
