Led by Armenia’s Nikol Pashinyan and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan, a consultation on the implementation of major infrastructure projects to be carried out in Artsakh was held, with the participation of the heads of the relevant departments of Armenia’s government; Pashinyan's spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan on Tuesday wrote about this on Facebook.

She added that the forthcoming programs and their financial allocations and future courses of action were outlined during this consultation.
