War participants were holding protests near the Armenian defense ministry, demanding to receive their military cards as they participated in the Artsakh war back in autumn.
One of the protesters, Vahram Khachatryan, said that they were told that if their local military commissariat cannot answer their questions, then they should contact the central military commissariat. The protesters headed there.
