Dear compatriots, at this crucial moment we call on you to be the master of our country, to stand with our Armed Forces, the Armenian army. The office of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, has noted this in a statement.
"The [incumbent Armenian] government that lost the [recent Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)] war and handed over land shall leave [power]; this is the first necessary guarantee of our national revival; this is the imperative of today," the statement also reads.
