The authorities are trying to organize a provocation on Marshal Baghramyan Avenue and, manipulating the issue of captive and missing persons, the feelings of their parents, to direct some groups toward the citizens gathered in front of the National Assembly building. The Homeland Salvation Movement, which demands the resignation of Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, noted this statement Saturday.

"We call on the citizens not to give in to provocations, and we demand from the police to control the situation and not to allow unwanted incidents and consequences to occur. Otherwise, the government is entirely accountable for the consequences," the statement also said.

As reported earlier, another rally of the Homeland Salvation Movement has kicked off Saturday on Marshal Baghramyan Avenue—in front of the National Assembly building.
