11 people have been killed in western Mexico as a result of shelling a house, AP reported.

The attorney's office said the bullet-riddled bodies of 10 men were found by police on the sidewalk in front of the house. The body of a boy was found inside, and the woman and another boy were taken to a local hospital.

The prosecutor's office said that the attack was carried out by unknown persons who were driving an SUV.
