Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Vitaly Balasanyan today had a meeting with Head of the Nagorno-Karabakh Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross Bertrand Lamon.

During the meeting, Balasanyan presented the issues related to the exchange of persons who were captured, taken hostage and detained In consequence of the war that Azerbaijan unleashed on September 27, 2020.

In his turn, Lamon shared the Mission’s considerations regarding the activities being carried out or earmarked by the Mission and expressed his gratitude for the great support that the authorities of Artsakh are providing to full implementation of the humanitarian mission.
