On March 4, Armenian peacekeepers who had been carrying out their peacekeeping mission in Afghanistan for the past few months, returned to Armenia, as reported the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

Commanders praised the preparedness of the peacekeepers who carried out their mission under the command of commander of the peacekeeping contingent, Lieutenant Colonel Ruben Papyan.
