Former deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia Aghvan Vardanyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“What Levon Ter-Petrosyan is recording

Levon Ter-Petrosyan describes Nikol Pashinyan’s subsequent sordid, conspiratorial, but natural act to throw the blame for the humiliating defeat that he suffered on the army as a careless attempt. Let’s focus on the word ‘careless’.

Meanwhile, he views the purely theoretical reflection of Robert Kocharyan (in his recent interview) on the examples of salvation and restoration of statehood after military coup as extremely dangerous, condemnable and examples that will destroy statehood.

Out of the options of South Korea, Egypt and Chile, Ter-Petrosyan prefers Afghanistan, Libya, Somali, Yemen and Nicaragua for the case of Armenia.

What is also interesting is the fact that the first President, who is very concerned about the current situation in the country, touches upon the issue only days after the interview of the second President of Armenia and twelve days after the statement made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia.

Let us record with regret that even after 23 years, there is much hatred and revenge within Ter-Petrosyan.”
