YEREVAN. – The President has returned—along with his respective objections—the proposal of the Prime Minister to appoint Artak Davtyan as Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, the President's Office reports.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had submitted a petition to President Sarkissian to appoint Artak Davtyan to the aforesaid position.
