An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 hit Greece, where two six-point earthquakes occurred a few days ago, according to the Institute of Geodynamics, National Observatory of Athens.

The strike took place at 14.57 local time, RIA Novosti reported.

The epicenter of the earthquake was near the city of Elassona, where a magnitude 6.0 earthquake occurred on March 3 and a magnitude 5.9 earthquake on March 4. The source of the second earthquake was located several kilometers from the first.
