In the photos is Armen Petrosyan, a 10-year-old resident of Argina community of Armavir Province of Armenia, who has stood out at this age with exceptional humanitarian qualities and courage. He saved the life of a citizen who ended up in the Talin main canal feeding from Akhuryan Reservoir. Armavir provincial governor Hambardzum Matevosyan on Wednesday wrote about this on Facebook.

"Armen was awarded a certificate by me today for the determination, selfless and invaluable heroism he manifested. Also, he was awarded (…) a medal and a diploma for bravery," Matevosyan added.
