President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian today sent a congratulatory message to President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili on the occasion of her birthday.

President Sarkissian attached importance to consistent strengthening and deepening of the cooperation with Georgia that is hinged on the centuries-old friendship and friendly-neighborly traditions.

“I highly appreciate the atmosphere of mutual understanding and confidence established between our countries which contributes to sincere and constructive discussions on various issues on cooperation. I am certain that, as Presidents of Armenia and Georgia, we can make our significant contributions to further strengthening and development of the relations between the two countries in all the possible sectors,” Sarkissian added in his congratulatory message.
