A Magnitude 3.3 earthquake hit Shamakhi region of Azerbaijan, the Republican Center of the Seismological Service of Azerbaijan reports, adding that the underground shocks were recorded at 3:27 p.m., the epicenter was at a 22 km distance from Gobustan station of Shamakhi region and at a depth of eight kilometers.
Local presses say underground shocks weren’t felt.
The second Magnitude 3 earthquake took place at 4:40 p.m. and again in the Shamakhi region, 27 km west from Gobustan station, at a depth of six kilometers. The shocks also weren’t felt.
