YEREVAN. – My statement is based on documents and protocols, that meeting of the Security Council (SC) is fully recorded, in fact it exists, and it is what I said; there can be no second opinion here. Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, stated this at a briefing with reporters after Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia

"From the point of view of history, if there will be an opportunity to publish it, all the theses, thoughts that I said in that interview will definitely be confirmed," Grigoryan added.

To note, earlier the secretary of the Security Council had stated that the then chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Onik Gasparyan, had not said on the fourth day of the recent Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war that it should be stopped, in fact refuting the statement which Gasparyan has disseminated.
