Founder of Legal Way NGO Ruben Melikyan today posted on his Facebook page that the court has changed the custody pre-trial measure for Hakob Berberyan, who was arrested after the disturbances that took place near the government building, adding that the pre-trial measure has been replaced with signature to not leave the country.
