During phone talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, US President Joe Biden offered to hold a high-level meeting in a third country in the months to come.

The White House’s press service reports that Biden and Putin discussed a number of global and regional issues, including the intent to continue the US-Russia dialogue over strategic stability with regard to new issues related to arms control and security.
