Mayor of Kajaran Manvel Paramazyan has been summoned to the Investigative Committee of Armenia on April 26 within the scope of a criminal case that was launched last year, Paramazyan’s attorney Yervand Varosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Paramazyan is charged under point 1 of part 2 of Article 131 (abduction of a person) of the Criminal Code of Armenia.
