YEREVAN. – President of the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN), Fanny Carolina Salinas Fernandez, on Saturday visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan on the 106th anniversary of this tragedy, and paid tribute to the victims of the Genocide. She was accompanied by vice-speaker Alen Simonyan of the National Assembly of Armenia.
Also, Fernandez laid flowers at the eternal flame of the memorial.
