President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today visited Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex right after he returned to Yerevan after his trip abroad.
The press office of the President of Artsakh reports that Harutyunyan paid tribute to the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide by laying flowers at the memorial complex.
