President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today met with the personnel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the press service of the President of Artsakh reported.
The President presented the post-war challenges and developments and the foreign policy priorities. Once again, the President emphasized the importance of resisting the challenges through negotiations and the need to use the potential of diplomats for that.
