YEREVAN. – A delegation from the standing committee on foreign relations of the Council of Representatives (parliament) of Iraq on Saturday visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan, informed the public relations and communication department of the National Assembly of Armenia.

The Iraqi MPs laid flowers at the eternal flame commemorating the victims of the Genocide and paid a silent tribute to these Holy Martyrs.

And at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, the guests got familiarized with the records and documents attesting to this tragedy of the early 20th century.
