Several investigative and other procedural actions have been taken under the criminal case launched under the elements of the crime provided for by a particular article (overthrow of the constitutional order) of the Criminal Code of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), particularly questionings, inspections, as well as inquiries to obtain documents and information, as reported the Prosecutor General’s Office of Artsakh.

The Prosecutor General’s Office has questioned 28 deputies of the National Assembly of Artsakh, and on May 1, 2021, the Office also questioned President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan.

The preliminary investigation under the mentioned criminal case is in progress, and additional information will be provided later.
