Nearly 6,000 citizens of Armenia have already been vaccinated against the coronavirus. This is what acting Minister of Health of Armenia Anahit Avanesyan said in response to MPs’ questions during today’s question-and-answer session with government officials.

Avanesyan stated that the Ministry of Health is discontent with these indicators and is doing everything it can to increase the pace of vaccination. She added that out of the nearly 6,000 vaccinated citizens, none of them has had any complication or side-effect.

The acting health minister also informed that two mobile vaccination teams have been installed at Northern Avenue in downtown Yerevan and in malls for those who wish to be vaccinated.
