Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision in connection with the visit of a delegation, led by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, to Armenia.

Accordingly, Pashinyan instructed the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Head of the State Protocol Service of Armenia to prepare the program of the visit, and to ensure, according to the protocol, the implementation of the events during the guests' stay in Armenia.

He instructed the Acting Minister of Defense of Armenia to ensure the presence of the Guard of Honor at the ceremonial events during this visit.

The acting PM instructed the Chief of Police of Armenia to provide traffic police officers to escort this delegation.

Pashinyan instructed the Head of the State Security Service of Armenia to ensure the safety of the guest during his stay in Armenia, and to provide accompanying staff as needed.

Also, the acting premier instructed the Acting Minister of Finance of Armenia to cover—from the funds of the 2021 state budget of Armenia—the expenses of the abovementioned delegation during its stay in Armenia.
