The Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia does not deal with the issue of Armenian captives in Azerbaijan. We learn about this from the written response given to the MPs by the ministry.

It turns out that three independent lawmakers—Vardan Atabekyan, Taguhi Tovmasyan, and Anna Grigoryan—had written to the MOD requesting a meeting to discuss the matters related to the Armenian captives in Azerbaijan.

But in response to these MPs' letter, the MOD informed that it was not dealing with the issue of the return of these captives, and therefore the aforesaid meeting requested by these lawmakers was deemed inexpedient.
