YEREVAN. – During my tenure since 2018, the authorities of Armenia have given up the practice of "taking a piece of the action" with anyone. Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Monday’s special sitting of the National Assembly, during the latter’s debates on the matter of electing a new prime minister.

According to him, also, all kinds of monopolies have been eliminated in the country. "There are no [longer any] monopolies on import or export of products in Armenia," Pashinyan explained.
