Azerbaijani special forces have become "fine connoisseurs" of music after all their crimes committed before, during, and after the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war in Fall 2020.

They are just used in order to ensure an audience.

As Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his wife, Mehriban Aliyeva, are now holding a music festival in Shushi, Artsakh, who else but the Azerbaijani military should ensure the presence of the audience in the hall of this now occupied Armenian city?

The aforesaid music festival is called Khari Bulbul, which is named a flower whose petals resemble a nightingale.

According to the respective announcement in the Azerbaijani press, the program of this festival consists of Azerbaijani folk and classical music.

According to Mehriban Aliyeva, however, the Azerbaijani mugham will be played at this event.

The announcements about the "revival" of this music festival, however, are obviously exaggerated; and not only because its audience and listeners will be exclusively the Aliyevs and their bodyguards, but also simply because it is impossible to "revive" what previously existed for just a very short time. This "traditional" music festival was held only a couple of times, from 1989 to 1991.
