The Azerbaijani army will launch military exercises with various types of troops on May 16, Azerbaijani presses report, citing the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

The manpower (up to 15,000 soldiers), up to 300 tanks and other armored vehicles, up to 400 rocket and missile systems, multiple rocket launchers, mortars and anti-tank measures, up to 50 units of military aircraft and various unmanned aerial vehicles will be used during the military exercises.

The military exercises will end on May 20.
