President of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan and leader of Alliance Party Tigran Urikhanyann have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

Alliance Party’s representatives told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the memorandum concerns multilateral cooperation for implementation of national, humanitarian, as well as social and several other programs.

The scopes for implementation of the joint initiatives are also indicated in the memorandum.
